Welcome to Youblob!
Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”).
The Services are provided by Youblob AS (“Youblob”), located at Professor Olav Hanssensvei 7A, N-4021, Norway.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply.
Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.
You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.
We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Our Services display some content that is not Youblob’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.
You may not access the Services if You are Our direct competitor, except with Our prior written consent.
In addition, You may not access the Services for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
Your Youblob Account
You may need a Youblob Account in order to use some of our Services. You may create your own Youblob Account, or your Youblob Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. If you are using a Youblob Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.
You may connect your Youblob Account towards social media accounts made available through our site.
If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or account, please visit our contact page, and report the issue.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
Youblob’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Youblob can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeated infringers.
We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online.
If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, please visit our contact page, and report the issue.
As part of Youblob's copyright policy, Youblob will terminate user access to the Service if a user has been determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
Your Content in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
In short, what belongs to you stays yours!
When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you give Youblob (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. About Software in our Services
When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.
Youblob gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Youblob as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Youblob, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Open source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open source license that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly override some of these terms.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Youblob may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER YOUBLOB NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS IS”.

Liability for our Services
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUBLOB, AND YOUBLOB’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF YOUBLOB, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, YOUBLOB, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Youblob and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between Youblob and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of Norway, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the municipal court of Stavanger, Norway, and you and Youblob consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Shopping, Shipping & Returns
You have the right to exchange, or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery.
Exchanges and refunds are issued providing that the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged.

Acceptance of general terms and conditions
By ordering from our site, you accept these general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement, and Terms of Use.
Price changes
Youblob AS reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process.
At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, Youblob AS reserves the rights to cancel the order, notifications will be given in such occasion.
Change of product assortment
Youblob AS reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right that unintentional errors may occur.
Colors on your computer screen are also not always 100 % accurate. (I checked my dad's computer screen once, and I was like ...wtf. In the future I hope there will come a standard computerscreen with just an On/Off button.)
Under 18 years old? We don't care.
We don't have age restrictions for purchasing through our site.
If your parents have given you a valid creditcard for shopping over the net, or if you have managed to recieve one from the bank yourself. You are free to use it.
Damage during transportation
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, do not use snail mail as this is uninsured (and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost). Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.
Only Customers with a valid address may place orders in this webshop.
In terms of payment, we accept what PayPal accepts as all transactions are done through them.
Prices are stated in NOK, but can be changed to your currency in a drop down list. It will then fetch the current values from Yahoo Currency. These tables are updated every 3 hours.
SHIPPING
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website, and also during the checkout process.
Shipping options - Tracking & Insurance or B-Post
When choosing delivery option with [Trackingnumber and Insurance], your package will always be safe until you sign for it, either at your post office, or at your own front door.
If anything is faulty during shipment, this will be reimbursed after the item is returned.
If you decide to choose the delivery option B-Post - [No Tracking & No Insurance!], Youblob AS takes no responsibilty for your package after it has been delivered to the Postal office for shipping.
In other words, if something gets broken during shipment, or it is lost in translation. Youblob AS carry no responsibilty what so ever. Instead you should perhaps follow these simple steps:
Start-up Abnormalities
As we are currently in our early startup phase, company wise. We need to reserve the right to use extended delivery time on some products, as they are not in stock yet.
Product is still available for order, but an extended shipping period, within reasonable time (max 4 weeks) is added.
Shipping alternatives
Norwegian Citizens
In Norway we have partnered with Bring and Posten, a reliable alternative in the Norwegian Logistics business.
EU/US Citizens
We ship to EU/US countries using Posten/Bring service. Normal delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on how remote you live (also see overview below).
Norway is located outside of the EU. The price listed in the webshop are the price you will pay, excluded freight and tax.
Shipping costs will be added on check-out, after you have added your shipping address.

Note that the service(s) we use are not guaranteed lead times, so variations may apply, depending on how remote you live. In our experience most deliveries are done well within the lead times indicated below. To get the best overview, we ask you to track your package online as soon as you get the notification email from our logistics partner(s).

RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 4 to 6 businessdays after we received your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our simple mission is to build the best products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods.
Youblob AS warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If a product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product.

The Warranty Process:
- Before returning any product, you must contact Youblob AS by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization.
- Arrange and pay shipping the product to Youblob AS. We will ship back to you free of charge!
- Ensure that the returned product is returned in original state, including original box.
- Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
Important note:
Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty, but may be repairable for a reasonable fee.
